Every product offered and installed by our skilled Martin Glass Specialties technicians comes with an all-encompassing, transparent warranty. What sets our warranty policy apart is that, in the event of any issues, you work directly with us – there are no third-party intermediaries involved, even for components like hinges and shower sweeps. At Martin Glass Specialties, our utmost priority is to ensure every customer's complete satisfaction, and we go to great lengths to make that a reality.
Limited Warranty
Martin Glass Specialties warrants to the purchaser of any new shower door, or any new part manufactured by Martin Glass Specialties that the product or part shall be free from defects in material and workmanship within the constraints of acceptable tolerances and best available materials.
To the purchaser of any shower door installation by Martin Glass Specialties, for a period of five (5) years from the date of installation.
For fully framed units only, we warranty the product against glass breakage and water leakage. Series 190 "frameless" models are not guaranteed against water leakage. Martin Glass Specialties agrees to repair or replace any defective part at no charge to the purchaser within this warranty period. Our enclosures are not designed to withstand a direct water source.
Warranty does not apply if the showerhead is directed at the shower door enclosure; and warranty does not cover damages resulting from alteration, accident, misuse or abuse, loss or lack of reasonable care in either the installation or use of the product or parts.
Warranty will be void if the product or parts have been altered or repaired by a person other than an authorized service representative of Martin Glass Specialties Products, parts, etc. shall be presumed to be accepted as satisfactory by you if we are not notified of damages, shortages, or other discrepancy within three (3) days of receipt of same. Rejected products, parts, etc. must be returned to us for rework or replacement. Further processing or assembly of rejected products, parts, etc. by you or any other party shall constitute a waiver of any liability on our part.
In the event of alleged job site damage by our workmen, we require the right to inspect the damage prior to repair or replacement. If the damage is found to be the fault of our workman, we reserve the right to arrange repair or replacement by a vendor of our choice.
There shall be no liability for delays in, or failure to complete delivery or installation of, all or any of the above-mentioned materials, if due to any cause beyond our control. No responsibility is assumed by Martin Glass Specialties for any special, incidental or consequential damage. If there is any defect in workmanship or materials Martin Glass Specialties’ liability is solely limited to repairing or replacing the defective product or parts.
One-Year (1) Warranty for Sweeps, Seals, and Doorstops
Our warranty covers acrylic sweeps, seals, and doorstops for a duration of one year from the installation date. It’s essential to understand that replacing these materials is part of the routine maintenance for your glass shower door and should be performed periodically. After the initial one-year warranty period, the responsibility for replacing these components falls to the owner. Rest assured, at Martin Glass Specialties, we offer readily available replacement materials for these items, ensuring a hassle-free process for homeowners.

After going through the painful process of searching for an installer, we settled on Martin Shower Door for their reasonable lead time, sense of knowledge, and competitive pricing. A day after contacting them, they had a representative come out to take laser measurements to make sure the glass that they source will fit correctly in our tiled opening. Of course nothing is exactly plumb and level in the construction world, so they ordered specific dimensions to ensure a very snug fit. When the glass was ready they contacted us and made an appointment to install. In the following 2 visits, the installers completed the work and we were very satisfied w/ the quality of work and quick turnaround. Will recommend.
